What to wear for The Robey in Chicago? Dress Code for men and women

Last week, my girlfriend and I visited The Robey, an Art Deco masterpiece in Chicago, with a group of our closest friends. Our experience at The Robey’s rooftop venues, Cabana Club and The Up Room, left us with an unforgettable impression.

Starting with Cabana Club on the 6th floor, the poolside rooftop bar was the perfect oasis during the warm weather. We were able to relax on the comfortable lounge furniture and sip on refreshing frozen cocktails and spritzers, while enjoying the stunning 180° views of the Chicago skyline. Even though swimming was exclusive to hotel guests, we were able to lounge poolside and indulge in the light finger food on the menu.

My girlfriend and I were particularly impressed with the modern and sophisticated atmosphere of The Up Room on the 13th floor. The panoramic views of the city were breathtaking both inside and outside on the terrace. The exclusive feeling of only having 40 seats made our experience feel more intimate and special. The signature cocktails were crafted to perfection and the selection of wines and bubbles was impressive. Although The Up Room is only open on Fridays and Saturdays from 17.00 – 01.00, we highly recommend making a reservation and experiencing the bespoke ambiance.

One of our friends recommended The Robey’s diverse rooftop venues to us and we were not disappointed. The hotel’s dual rooftop setting was unlike anything we had seen before. We were blown away by the Art Deco architecture of the building and the attention to detail in the design of both rooftop venues. The Robey’s team was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, we highly recommend The Robey’s Cabana Club and The Up Room for anyone looking for a unique and sophisticated rooftop experience in Chicago. The views, atmosphere, and attentive service were second to none.

Dress to Impress: Fashion Tips for The Robey’s Dual Rooftop Settings

As a fashion expert, I know that dressing up for a rooftop bar requires a perfect balance of style and comfort. Here are some fashion tips for women and men to look their best at The Robey’s Dual Rooftop Settings.

Women can opt for a chic and trendy look by pairing a flowy maxi dress with strappy sandals, a statement necklace, and a pair of sunglasses. Brands like Free People and Rebecca Minkoff offer beautiful options for maxi dresses, while Steve Madden and Sam Edelman have an array of stylish sandals to choose from. A clutch or a crossbody bag is perfect to carry your essentials while enjoying the beautiful views.

For men, a smart casual look is the way to go. A crisp white shirt paired with chinos or tailored shorts and loafers or boat shoes will help you blend in with the stylish crowd. Brands like J.Crew and Bonobos offer great options for shirts and shorts, while Sperry and Cole Haan have an excellent collection of loafers and boat shoes. Don’t forget to accessorize with a classic watch and aviator sunglasses.

No matter what your style is, always remember to dress comfortably, as you will be spending your time outdoors. With the right outfit and accessories, you can elevate your rooftop experience and make it memorable. So, get ready to sip on signature cocktails and enjoy the stunning views of the Chicago skyline in style at The Robey’s Dual Rooftop Settings.
