My best friends and I recently visited Terilli’s rooftop bar and I must say, it was an absolute delight. Nestled in the heart of Lower Greenville, the award-winning Italian restaurant boasts a charming and cozy rooftop terrace, making it one of the best rooftop restaurants in the city.
As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who showed us to our table on the open-air rooftop terrace. The view might not be spectacular, but it was charming enough to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. The terrace was decorated with both dining tables and lounge sofas, which made us feel like we were on a luxurious retreat.
We started off with ice-cold Martinis, which were simply divine. The drinks menu was impressive, with classic cocktails and a wide selection of beers (both local and imported), and a very good wine list. We couldn’t resist ordering some of their fantastic Italian cuisine, which was out of this world. The flavors were exquisite and everything was cooked to perfection.
The rooftop terrace had heaters and cozy fire-pits, which kept us warm on the chilly nights. We spent hours chatting and indulging in the lovely ambiance. If you’re not in the mood for talking, the rooftop also has TV’s showing the major sporting events (mainly when Dallas is playing) and live music almost all nights of the week.
All in all, Terilli’s rooftop bar is a great spot for a long session of food and/or drinks with friends. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 16.00 – 22.00, which means you can spend an entire evening there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bougie yet cozy dining experience. You won’t be disappointed, believe me.
