Sal Y Mar rooftop bar is definitely the new trend in Tampa! I visited this place with my best friends last weekend and I was amazed by the Riviera Maya-vibes of the rooftop. The 360° views are stunning, and we could see Downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater from there. The coastal decor was amazing, and we felt surrounded by nature.
The Latin-inspired cuisine was a highlight of the night. We tried different tapas, and they were all mouth-watering. The Spanish treats were authentic and delicious. Moreover, the crafted signature cocktails were impressive, and the wine list had a great selection as well.
The vibe was casual yet sophisticated, and we had a great time. The happy hour from 4pm-6pm on weekdays was a great opportunity to start the night, and we ended up staying for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was so fun that we didn’t want to leave!
My friends loved the fact that there is a rooftop pool as well. We didn’t have the chance to try it, but we will definitely book our stay at Aloft or Element next time. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 11.00-01.00, so it’s perfect for a fun night out.
