The moment we stepped out of the elevator, we were greeted with an awe-inspiring sight – a swanky, laid back garden in the sky, surrounded by panoramic views of Fort Lauderdale’s skyline.
The decor was simply stunning, with a natural and lush feel that made us feel like we were in a different world altogether. The atmosphere was electric, yet relaxed, and the vibe was exactly what we needed for a night out with the girls. The resident mixologists are true artists when it comes to hand-crafted cocktails, and we were thoroughly impressed with the selection on offer. For a truly special experience, we highly recommend the ‘cocktail cart’, where your personal bartender will whip up delicious cocktails right at your table.
The small plates and shareables on the menu were a perfect accompaniment to the cocktails, with a range of chef-driven dishes that were delightfully seasonal. Every Sunday, we found out that there is a rooftop brunch that is definitely worth checking out, with food, Bottomless Moet and other goodies to be had.
Overall, we highly recommend Rooftop @1WLO for anyone looking for an elevated lounge experience in Fort Lauderdale. The views alone are worth the trip, but the atmosphere, cocktails and food take it to a whole new level. It’s not surprising that reservations are highly recommended, as this place is truly the talk of the town. We can’t wait to go back again and again.
