Ophelia Lounge NYC is truly a hidden gem in the heart of New York City. This intimate rooftop bar is located on the top of the iconic Beekman Tower, boasting 360° panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the East River. My best friends and I had an amazing time at this sophisticated and charming rooftop cocktail lounge.
Upon entering the Ophelia Lounge NYC, we were captivated by the glamorous and classic ambiance that transported us back to the 1920s and 30s. The crafted reinventions of classic and unique signature cocktails inspired by the natural elements were simply divine. The small but well-curated selection of 5-star bar bites and dishes were simply amazing.
One of the highlights of this rooftop bar is the wraparound terrace. It was perfect for taking in the breathtaking views, while enjoying the company of my friends. We appreciated that most of the terrace was covered, making it possible to enjoy the outdoor space even during inclement weather. We also enjoyed the live DJs on the weekends which added to the lounge atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend Ophelia Lounge NYC for a romantic night out or a more social weekend evening with friends. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays are from 17.00 – 02.00, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy the stunning views and fantastic cocktails.
