The second floor, Pablo’s Snack House, was a great spot to relax and enjoy some delicious cocktails. However, the highlight of our night was definitely the fourth-floor rooftop, which was stylishly decorated with lush greenery. The view of the downtown skyscrapers was breathtaking, and we enjoyed sipping on tropical cocktails while indulging in the Latin-inspired cuisine cooked on the custom-made rooftop grill. The Margaritas and Sangrias are a must-try, especially in the large format to share. The glass façade that opens and closes depending on the weather was a nice touch, as it allowed us to enjoy the outdoors feel while staying cozy inside. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Baro and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of Latin America in Toronto.
