My sister and I had the pleasure of visiting Settimo Cielo, the highest rooftop terrace in Venice, and it was truly a magical experience. As we arrived in the evening, we were delighted to learn that the rooftop bar and restaurant is now open to the public from 6pm to midnight. We decided to indulge in some cocktails proposed by Michelin-Starred Chef Cristiano Tomei. The gastronomic experience was simply divine, and we savoured every moment of it.

My sister couldn’t stop raving about the stylish and luxurious terrace, which in the morning and daytime is very private, perfect for a relaxing hour with a view. At night, it transforms into a great spot for romantic hours with a close one. She also loved that booking nights at the Bauer Palazzo not only include exclusive daytime access to the 7th floor Settimo Cielo but also to the 8th floor terrace and the hydro massage bathtubs- it was the most relaxing setting with grand views over Venice that we could find.

Overall, we would highly recommend Settimo Cielo for anyone looking for an unforgettable rooftop experience in Venice. The opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 18.00 – 00.00, so we recommend planning your visit accordingly. The dress code is smart casual, so dress to impress.
