My boyfriend and I recently visited 17º Restaurante & Bar during a weekend getaway in Porto, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. This rooftop bar and restaurant is located at the Hotel Dom Henrique Downtown, 150 meters up with a breathtaking view of the skyline, ocean and rooftops. The atmosphere was elegant yet informal and relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy delicious food and cocktails.

The indoor and outdoor terraces were modern and stylish, and the bar offered an impressive selection of crafted cocktails, both classic and signatures, along with a fine selection of wines and exclusive tea-menu. My boyfriend couldn’t stop raving about the quality of the drinks and the view from the bar-level terrace. He said it was one of the best rooftop bars he has ever been to.

The 17º Restaurante, on the other hand, offered fantastic, authentic and masterful dishes from the Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine for both lunch and dinner. We tried some of the recommended dishes, and we were not disappointed. The food was superb, and the view of Porto from the restaurant-level terrace made the experience even more special.

We highly recommend 17º Restaurante & Bar for anyone visiting Porto.
