The capacity for 1500 people at the same time was impressive, but despite the crowds, we had no trouble finding comfortable lounge areas to settle in when we wanted to take a break from the dancing.

The highlight of our night was definitely the magnificent 360-degree view that the rooftop bar offers. Looking out over the ocean and harbor was simply breathtaking, and we couldn’t help but take endless pictures to capture the moment. The atmosphere was electric, the perfect mix of techno, disco, rock, and pop, with classics from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. We all had a blast dancing the night away, and we were thrilled to see famous DJs and artists performing live in front of us.

We also appreciated the option to visit Reverso, a tapas and cocktail bar one floor below, when we wanted a break from the liveliness of the rooftop bar. The contrast between the calm atmosphere of Reverso and the vibrant energy of the rooftop bar was refreshing.

Overall, we highly recommend reserving one of the lounge areas on the terrace for a full night out with friends. The rooftop ice-rink in winter is also a must-see, and we can’t wait to come back and experience it. Le Rooftop is Marseille’s hotspot, and it’s not hard to see why.
