Nestled on the top floor of Design Plus Bex Hotel, south of Santa Catalina square, lies the breathtaking IBEX Rooftop Bar. My best friends and I were in search of a posh spot to spend our evening, and IBEX seemed like the perfect choice. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the stunning 360° views of the city center and the port where we spotted cruise ships docking. The terrace exudes an aura of tranquility and style, decked with yellow and black lounge sofas and sun beds.

As we settled in, we were thrilled to know that we didn’t have to be guests at the hotel to visit the bar. The rooftop bar caters to all with an extensive menu of drinks, from cafés, infusions, and juices to fine cocktails, wines, champagne, and beers. The food is also a treat, with Spanish delights served in sets of one, two, or three dishes. The set menus offered were perfect for our group, allowing us to sample a variety of dishes at a reasonable price.

The highlight of our visit was the live music and DJ sessions on Fridays and Saturdays. The DJs played fantastic tunes from 6 pm to 11 pm on Fridays, and on Saturdays, we enjoyed live music from 7 pm to 9 pm. The atmosphere was electric, and we all had a great time dancing the night away.
