My best friends and I had an absolutely amazing time at Seten Anatolian Restaurant in Cappadocia. Located at the top of Aydinli Hill, this rooftop bar offered breathtaking panoramic views over the village and surrounding valleys, mountains and even the Erciyes volcano in the distance. It was truly a sight to behold, especially during sunrise when we could see the hot air balloons filling the sky.

The Seten Anatolian Restaurant is definitely one of the top restaurants in Göreme, and we can see why. The stylish indoor dining room, lush open-air courtyard, and cozy rooftop terrace provided lots of different settings for us to enjoy. We decided to sit on the rooftop terrace with its low wooden tables and pillows, which added a charming touch to the setting.

The menu was filled with traditional Turkish and local delicacies, which we couldn’t wait to try. From flatbread and soups to meat and fish grilled over an open fire, everything we ordered was tasty and delicious. We also loved the fact that the restaurant had a Cave Wine Cellar, where the traditional method of making homemade wines was still in full swing.

Both the food and the views were absolutely fantastic. We could have stayed here all day and night! The Seten Anatolian Restaurant is open daily for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Guests staying at the Sultan Cave Suites hotel can even enjoy breakfast here with the same stunning views.
