The views from the rooftop are simply breathtaking, overlooking the old city and historic harbor. It was easy to imagine Ernest Hemingway sitting up here, enjoying a refreshing drink and soaking in the stunning vistas.

Speaking of drinks, the Mojitos and Piña Coladas were some of the best we had during our entire trip. The bartenders are true masters of their craft, and the drinks were perfectly refreshing on a hot Havana day. And the food? Well, let’s just say we were blown away by the local flavors and fresh ingredients. The Caribbean lobster was a standout dish, as was the classic Cuban sandwich.

The seating options on the rooftop are varied, with regular dining tables and lounge sofas available, either under the vine-bedecked canopy or open-air. We opted for the lounge sofas, which allowed us to really sink into the ambiance and soak in the history of the place.

Overall, we couldn’t recommend the Ambos Mundos Rooftop Bar enough. It’s a sophisticated and smart spot that truly highlights the best of Havana. If you’re looking for a posh experience with some serious character, this is the spot for you. Don’t miss out on the chance to enjoy some of the best views and food the city has to offer. Just remember to go on a Friday or Saturday, as the opening hours are limited on other days.
