My sister and I recently visited SKYE Roofbar & Dining on the 27th floor of The Park Lane Hong Kong and it was truly elevated and stylish. The contemporary French and Asian cuisine at SKYE Dining was absolutely delightful, and the interior setting was very stylish. However, what stood out for us was the SKYE Roofbar that was futuristic in decor with lounge sofas and a majestic round and illuminated bar. The rooftop terrace offered magical views of Victoria Park, the city skyline and waterfront.
As we enjoyed our bar bites, we were blown away by the creativity and craftsmanship of the cocktails. The impressive wine list was also worth checking out. It was a perfect spot for relaxing and sunny afternoon cocktails as they were open daily from noon. At night, the ambience was on top with the futuristic lights in full flow and the in-house DJ playing cool tunes.
Though reservations were available for the indoor restaurant, the rooftop terrace had a walk-in policy. We had no problem finding a good seat during the daytime, but for nightly visits, you should be prepared for a bit of a crowd.
One of the highlights of our experience was the weekend brunch with a view at SKYE. The semi-buffet menu with free-flowing drink options was well worth a try. We highly recommend this place for a bougie, fancy and upscale experience in Hong Kong.
