My girlfriend and I recently visited the Pullman Saigon Centre and were blown away by the stunning city views at the dual rooftop setting. As we made our way up to the 31st floor, we were ecstatic to try out the Rooftop Bar, which boasts the title of the highest hotel rooftop bar in Ho Chi Minh. The outdoor terrace seating was a great touch, offering jaw-dropping panoramas over the city skyline. My girlfriend couldn’t stop raving about how romantic the setting was – it was truly the perfect spot for a date night.
We arrived just in time for happy hour between 6-7pm and decided to indulge in the tapas and cocktails. The drinks were expertly crafted and the tapas were mouth-watering. One floor below the Rooftop Bar is the Mad Cow Wine & Grill, which we visited for dinner. We loved the edgy grill and casual urban wine bar combination. The panoramic windows offered smashing views, and we were impressed by the selection of steaks from some of Australia’s finest beef producers and hand-picked wines from around the world.
We would highly recommend making a combo-visit to the Pullman Saigon Centre rooftop, splurging on dinner at Mad Cow and enjoying the view from the terrace at the Rooftop Bar afterwards. It was the perfect way to spend our evening.
As a bonus, if you book your stay at the 5-star Pullman Saigon Centre, you can also enjoy a relaxing swim at the 6th floor swimming pool. My girlfriend and I loved being able to unwind and take a dip after a day of exploring the city.
