During my recent weekend getaway in Saigon with my boyfriend, we had the pleasure of experiencing the breathtaking views at Blank, a sky-high rooftop lounge, bar, and café. Owned and operated by The Lab Concepts, Blank is a beautiful and thoughtful collection of lounges and refreshment bars, surrounded by truly breathtaking panoramic views over Saigon. The seating arrangements were primarily inside, with panoramic windows that allowed us to enjoy the stunning vistas, but there was also a smaller outside terrace where we could feel the breeze, sky-high above the city.

The lounge is open from morning till late night, offering an extensive menu of beverages and treats. We indulged in local coffee and tea, as well as crafted cocktails, beer, wine, canapés, and pastries, all made with homemade and locally sourced ingredients. The drinks and food were delicious and beautifully presented, which added to the overall luxurious experience.

My boyfriend was particularly impressed with the rooftop bar. He loved the variety of drinks on offer and appreciated the skillful mixology displayed by the bar staff. The cocktails were exceptional, and he couldn’t stop raving about how perfectly they were crafted.

Whether it’s for an elevated daytime coffee break, sunset cocktails, or a special night with a lux feel, it’s an experience that should not be missed.
