The food menu was equally impressive, with a great selection of Basque-influenced and modern Australian dishes, such as the Pumpkin Ravioli, Kingfish Ceviche and Beef Tartare. It was the perfect combination of flavors and textures, and our taste buds were thoroughly satisfied.
